When you visit for a consultation, we may also record body-composition (InBody) measurements and training notes so we can coach you properly.

We use this information only to answer your inquiry, schedule and run your consultation and sessions, send you the guide or material you asked for, and keep training records for our members. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Our forms are provided through Google Forms, and some pages embed third-party content (such as videos or booking links). Those services process information under their own privacy policies. If you contact us by text message, KakaoTalk, or Instagram instead, the same principle applies: what you share is used to answer you and to run your training.
This website does not set advertising cookies of its own. Embedded third-party services may set their own cookies according to their policies.
Inquiry records are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Member training records are kept while you train with us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at (469) 758-8744 or [email protected] and we will take care of it personally.
